Cookies and storage

Last updated September 8, 2026. This page explains what this website stores in your browser and why.

In short: this website sets no cookies. It uses two small pieces of local storage that are strictly necessary for the shop to work: your cart, and whether you have dismissed the storage notice. Nothing is shared with third parties and nothing is used to track you.

1. Cookies

We do not set any cookies, first-party or third-party. There are no analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or social media cookies on this site, and no embedded content from other companies that could set them. When you check out you are taken to Stripe's own website, which uses its own cookies under the Stripe cookie policy.

2. Local storage we use

Local storage is a feature of your browser that lets a website remember information on your device. This site stores:

  • Your cart (key ss.cart.v1): the items and quantities you have added, so they are still there when you move between pages or come back later. It is kept until you clear it, remove the items, or send an order request.
  • Storage notice (key ss.notice): a single flag recording that you dismissed the notice, so it is not shown again.

Both values stay in your browser. They are never sent to our servers or to anyone else, and they contain no personal information.

Because this storage is strictly necessary for the shop to function and is not used for tracking, it does not require your consent under privacy laws such as the EU ePrivacy rules or the California Consumer Privacy Act. We show a short notice on your first visit so you know it is there. If we ever add optional features that store or share more, we will ask for your permission first and update this page.

4. How to clear it

You can remove everything this site stores at any time through your browser settings. Look for "Clear browsing data", "Site settings", or "Storage" and choose this website. Removing the data empties your cart and shows the storage notice again on your next visit. Browsing in a private or incognito window also clears it when the window closes.
