1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Our products are toys that may be given to children, but the purchase and the agreement are with an adult. We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.

2. Products and descriptions

• We describe products as accurately as we can. Images are for illustration; packaging and colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
• The NeeDoh Advent Calendar is a Schylling product sold in its original sealed packaging. Its exact contents are set by the manufacturer and may vary between calendars.
• Always follow the age recommendations and safety information printed on the packaging.

3. Pricing and price changes

• All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is a flat $6.00 per order.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown on the Stripe checkout page at the moment you pay.
• Where sales tax applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
• If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund anything already paid.

4. Orders and payment

• Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, our payment processor, on Stripe's secure checkout page. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay where available. Card details are entered only on Stripe's page and never reach this website.
• Your order is placed when Stripe confirms your payment. Stripe emails you a receipt; we email tracking when your order ships.
• We never ask for card numbers or bank details by email, and you should never send them to us that way.
• We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where we cannot ship to the address given. Anything already paid is refunded in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

• Paid orders are dispatched within 3 business days and sent with tracking.
• Delivery estimates given by the carrier are estimates, not guarantees. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will either replace it or refund you in full.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Please check that the address is complete and correct; we cannot be responsible for parcels lost because of an incorrect address you supplied, though we will help you trace them.

6. Returns and refunds

Our return and refund policy forms part of these terms. In summary, unopened sealed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and damaged, defective, or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full.

7. Trademarks and content

• NeeDoh is a trademark of Schylling Inc. We are an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Schylling, and we use the name only to identify the genuine products we sell.
• The text, illustrations, and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
• Do not misuse this website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorized access, sending automated requests, or interfering with its operation.

8. Warranties and liability

We will supply products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no other warranties, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer rights that your state or country grants you.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first; most issues are resolved quickly by email. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way may be brought in the courts of that state or, where the law allows, in your local small claims court.

10. Changes and contact
